Australia Day for Goulburn in 2025 will be held in Victoria Park from 9.00am – 2.00pm
A Free BBQ Breakfast will commence at 7.30am near the Basketball court off Faithful St, and a junior cricket match at Seiffert Oval.
Activities, Market and Food Stalls along with the Citizenship Ceremony will start at 9.00am. Official Ceremony to commence at 10.00am including First Nation performers, Ambassador Address, and the awarding of:
- Citizen of the Year
- Junior Citizen of the Year
- Senior Citizen of the Year
- Junior Sportspersons of the Year; and
- Event of the Year
The event will include Devonshire tea by the CWA in the Ken Robson Pavilion, a range of food and market stallholders, kids’ activities, live local music, car club displays, and a quiet space. This event is inclusive with parking and assistance for those with disability provided courtesy of the Goulburn Inclusion Forum.
The Goulburn Aquatic and Leisure Centre, which is also located in Victoria Park, will be open with free entry for all patrons from 9.00am - 5.30pm, with a range of additional activities between 9.30am - 4.00pm.
