2025-2026 Rates Based on New Property Valuations

Council advises that rates for the 2025-26 financial year will be based on the new property valuation with a base date of 1 July 2024.

Residents should have received updated property valuation notices recently. Rate changes will vary depending on how individual property values have changed in relation to the overall average increase.

Garoorigang Road Closure & Detours – Revised Works Schedule

Goulburn Mulwaree Council advises that essential road rehabilitation works that were scheduled to commence in March 2025 on Garoorigang Road, from the Braidwood Road intersection to the Railway Bridge have been delayed.
