Council Adopts 2024/2025 Operational Plan

Goulburn Mulwaree Council, in its meeting on Tuesday, 18 June 2024, has officially adopted the 2024/2025 Operational Plan.

Effective from 1 July 2024, the following increases will be implemented:

  • General Fund by approved Special Rate Variation – 22.50%,
  • Water Charges (availability and usage) – 4.50%,
  • Waste water charges – 3.50%,
  • Waste – 3.00%,
  • Rural waste card – 3.00%,
  • Liquid trade waste charges – 3.50%,
  • Backflow devices – 4.50%.

The ordinary rates, special rates, and their respective categories and sub-categories, as outlined in the 2024/25 Operational Plan, will also come into effect from 1 July 2024.
