B6 Enterpise Corridor & Currawang Planning Proposal

Council resolved to endorse this planning proposal which will:

  • Zone land at 1716 & 1801, which was previously not subject to a zone, as RU1 Primary Production
  • Rezone land at 2-26 Long Street, Goulburn to R1 General Residential with a minimum lot size of 700 sqm.
  • Rezone land bordered by Arthur Street, Chiswick Street, Long Street and Hetherington Street, Goulburn from B6 Enterprise Corridor to RU2 Rural Landscape
  • Rezone land at 138 George Street, Marulan from B6 Enterprise Corridor to RU6 Transition
  • Rezone land at Station Street, George Street and Brayton Road, Marulan from B6 Enterprise Corridor to R1 General Residential

 

Request for DA Information Matrix Policy

The draft request for DA information matrix policy will be placed on public exhibition for 28 days. This policy seeks to put in place guidelines on reasonable timeframes for the provision of information by applicants, the response time of agencies and assessment completion by Council staff relating to the different types of development applications.  


Village Discretionary Funds Working Parties

Council will notify all village discretionary fund working parties that they will be dissolved at the 30th June as new working parties will be established following the 2021 Local Government Elections through an expression of interest process. The working parties will be thanked for their contribution, and any unallocated funds in the various discretionary funds will be carried forward to the new working parties.


Draft Marsden Weir Park & Goulburn Historic Waterworks Plan of Management

Council endorsed this draft plan of management, and will now submit it to a number of organisations for comment. It will also be placed on public exhibition for 42 days.


Loan agreement – Goulburn Aquatic Centre Redevelopment

Council approved execution of the Loan Agreement with TCorp to borrow $14,900,000 over a fifteen year term for the Goulburn Aquatic Centre Redevelopment.
