Council received the report from the Senior Strategic Planner regarding the proposed zoning and minimum lot amendment to the Goulburn Mulwaree Local Environmental Plan 2009.

Subject to the receipt of a Flood Impact & Risk Assessment, Council will prepare a planning proposal to amend the Goulburn Mulwaree Local Environmental Plan 2009 to change various sections of the proposal. These changes can be found within the minutes on Council’s website.

Council will forward the planning proposal to the NSW Department of Planning and Environment, who will assess the proposal and determine whether it proceeds.
