REV/0007/2122 – 22 MATCHLESS AVENUE GOULBURN – REVIEW OF DETERMINATION – TWO SEMI-DETACHED DWELLINGS AND TORRENS TITLE SUBDIVISION

The decision to determine DA/1099/2122 on 3 December 2021 by way of refusal was upheld, with the removal of Reason 5 regarding Privacy.

The decision to determine DA/0072/2122 on 3 December 2021 by way of refusal was upheld, with revised reasons. The revised reasons are available in the Minutes on the Council website.

2223T0008 FAITHFULL STREET STORMWATER DIVERSION

The tender submission from Form and Pour Constructions for $621,639.09 (GST exclusive) was accepted in accordance with the Request for Tender documents 2223T0008.

2223T0005 - CONSULTANCY SERVICES PANEL

Council approved to establish a panel of seventy-two (72) consultants to provide Council with Consultancy Services under the provisions of the 2223T0005 Consultancy Services Panel Tender. The list of consultants is available in the Minutes on the Council website.

VP312127 JERRARA ROAD HEAVY PATCHING

Council accepted the RFQ for Jerrara Rd Heavy Patching from the Pavement Stabilisation Panel VP271768 member Roadworx Surfacing for a lump sum price of $2,425,558.00 (GST Incl).

VP271768 TOWRANG ROAD PAVEMENT STABILISATION REHABILITATION

Council approved Roadworx Surfacing Pty Ltd to deliver the works on Towrang Road in accordance with VP271768 for a price of $494,623.30 (excl GST)

VP310613 - WINDELLAMA ROAD REHABILITATION STAGE 3 (FIXING LOCAL ROADS)

Council accepted the quote from Coopers Earthmoving Pty Ltd for the VP310613 Windellama Road Rehabilitation Stage 3 (Fixing Local Roads) Grant scope at a tender price of $821,101 (Excl GST) as outlined in the specification and documents in VP310613.

REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE - ROTARY CLUB OF GOULBURN

Council will provide in-kind support of $896.00 (inc. GST), representing 50% of the hire fees for the venue hire of Peden Pavilion at the Recreation Area, to be funded via transfer from the Financial Assistance and Reduction or Waiver of Council Fees & Charges Policy budget.

REQUESTS FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE - GOULBURN & DISTRICT ART SOCIETY INC.

Council will provide a cash donation of $2,500 toward the Goulburn & District Art Society Annual Art Prize event funded from the Financial Assistance budget.
