Goulburn Mulwaree Community Participation Plan - Public Exhibition of Draft Amendments
Goulburn Mulwaree Council will be publicly exhibiting proposed amendments to its Community Participation Plan 2019 from 28 June 2024 to 29 July 2024.
The purpose of the Community Participation Plan is to detail how Council will adhere to the community engagement principles under s2.23 of the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act) for planning matters and detail the advertising and notification requirements for strategic planning matters and development applications.
The current Community Participation Plan (2019) and the proposed amended Draft Community Participation Plan can be viewed using the below links or at the Civic Centre, 184 Bourke Street, Goulburn during office hours.
Submissions are to be made in writing with the subject heading “Community Participation Plan” up until close of business 29 July 2024. Submissions can be emailed to council@goulburn.nsw.gov.au or lodged in person at the Civic Centre, or via post to Goulburn Mulwaree Council, Locked Bag 22, Goulburn 2580.
